Then she thanked (in japanese) the Japanese people who were there (just behind me and my friend, they were waving their arms lol). I don't remember everything she said, but after, she talked (in english) about how happy she was to be there, etc.
She talked about Hisaaki Hogari and his work with her (he was hidden behind his fringe and glasses, smiling lol). I thought she would have talked about Yoko Kanno (I'd have loved to :p), since she talked about Hisaaki Hogari's work, but no.
There was video clips for evey songs, projected on a little screen by a projector (you can see the screen behind Akino Arai on my videos) they put on a camp chair almost in the middle of the stage lol
... And there were more guys than girls! It was funny
